Cancellation Policies
Case 1: If the trek is cancelled by Mountains Path,

If a trek is cancelled by Mountains Path due to unavoidable circumstances such as Bharat Bandh, road blocks, natural calamities, landslides, etc., we will issue a trek coupon. You can use this coupon to opt for the same trek or a different one within one year. If you choose a new trek that costs more than the cancelled trek, the difference will be charged. If the new trek costs less, a refund of the remaining amount will be issued.

If the trek is cancelled due to having fewer than 3 members, the customer will receive a full refund and a 10% discount coupon valid for one year.
Case 2: If the trek is cancelled by the customer,

If the trek is cancelled by the customer more than 30 days before the trek date, a full refund of the total trek fee will be provided, with no cancellation fees.

If the trek is cancelled by the customer between 15 to 30 days before the trek date, a voucher for the equivalent amount will be issued, valid for 1 year.

If the trek is cancelled by the customer within 1 to 15 days before the trek date, no refund will be issued.
