Disclaimer

The Mountains Path treks occur in remote and less-developed areas where access to medical supplies, facilities, and evacuation can be limited. In case of an accident, illness, or injury, evacuation may be slow and uncertain due to high altitude and challenging terrain. Participants should be aware of both common and uncommon signs and symptoms of altitude sickness, which may include sleeplessness, coughing, headaches, nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting, and muscle cramps. In severe cases, altitude sickness can lead to pulmonary or cerebral oedema. Additionally, exposure to microorganisms can cause gastrointestinal disorders, even with proper treatment of drinking water and food preparation. Poor health can increase the risks and dangers associated with the trip. Therefore, All trekkers must undergo a medical check-up conducted by The Mountains Path team before the trek. Participation will only be allowed upon clearance by our medical staff.
